At Dorit Roam, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to deliver quality outdoor and travel products, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Due to our Cash on Delivery policy, we currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size/color unless it was our mistake.
2. Timeframe for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

4. Return Approval
Once we review your request, we will notify you within 2 business days about the approval status. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to send the item back, depending on your location.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
 
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items returned after the 48-hour window

Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

Products returned without original packaging
